CVCC Curler Deb Morrissey to be inducted into Powell River Sports Hall of Fame

Deb began curling at a young age and came from a long history of curling within her own family. A previous winner of BC Juniors in 1981, Deb has amassed a multitude of competitive successes and in 1987 after winning the Scott Tournament of Hearts the previous year, achieved a world championship with the Pat Sanders rink out of Victoria. She will be inducted into the Powell River Sports Hall of Fame on June 11th, 2022. Full story available Here
